Download the Supplier Registration Form from our website, complete it with all required documentation, and submit it to the Procurement Department. Registration is free and open throughout the year.
Where are NBS tenders advertised?
All tenders above SSP 2,000,000 are advertised on our website, in at least two national newspapers, and on public notice boards at NBS headquarters. Lower value procurements may be directly sourced from registered suppliers.
What is the typical tender evaluation process?
Tenders are evaluated by a committee based on predefined criteria, typically including technical capability (70%) and price (30%). The evaluation process takes 2-4 weeks after bid submission deadline.
How can I appeal a procurement decision?
Bidders may submit a written complaint to the Procurement Manager within 14 days of notification of award. The complaint will be reviewed by an independent committee, with a decision provided within 21 days.
